Darcy has found her forever home with Kathleen C. in Hingham, MA!
Darcy is an 18-month old Yorkie mix. She weighs 18 pounds and is a cuddle bug. She was found roaming a neighborhood in Louisiana but it was obvious that she was well taken care of because she is so friendly and loves people. She is house broken and crate trained. She likes playing with other dogs and tends to ignore cats. She listens well, loves to be held and cuddled. Her ideal home would be with someone who is home much of the time and someone who would love a little companion to accompany them wherever they go. Darcy is a wonderful, young dog. Her adoption fee is $425.
Please complete an
online APPLICATION if you wish to adopt. Forever Home Rescue New England is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC SHELTER LOCATION. If you wish to meet our dogs, you must first be approved by going through our application and screening process.
Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. Also, any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the south and will prefer to "do their business" outdoors.
