Dapper and Dashing Dickens

Hi People! I’m Dickens, a playful and gorgeous Bichon boy of not quite two who loves other dogs and people! I’m intelligent, loving, energetic and inquisitive -- and I want everyone to know that Life is Good! I love my foster Mom! I love car rides! I love going for walks! And guess what? I love to learn! Every day is filled with new experiences and adventures. I am a very lucky boy! Mom says that I have the most expressive face, am very smart and already housebroken (and that’s not a typo!) I have the cutest way of cocking my head when she talks to me. And I listen intensely because I want to please! While I’m still learning new things, I already respond to my name. (I actually come when anyone calls me) and am learning lots of human words like: ‘sit’, and ‘wait’. Mom says I’m friendly, happy, exuberant (I don't know exactly what that means but she says it's good) playful and never aggressive. I’m always patient and ready to undertake any new adventure. You might say I’m ready, willing and able to be your adventure partner. My BFK Aunties say I’m a ‘man sized bichon' (about 20 pounds) who likes to cuddle and give doggy kisses. They say that I'm as sweet as I am handsome! I long for the day that I can sleep in the Big People's bed and have a family of my own to share my joy and love. If that could include a doggy brother or sister to play with my life would be complete. In return, I will do my best to keep everyone smiling and feeling important and loved. (That will be easy for me because whatever family adopts me will be my whole world.) My Ideal Home: *Someone home most of the time *Another active, playful dog around my age *A family with kids would be great!
