Dannie

Hi there! My name is Dannie, I am a 6 year old male Jindo/White German Shepherd mix that weighs 37 lbs and stands 22 inches high. I was rescued from an animal hoarder's rooftop house in Busan, Korea with 8 other dogs in 2018 by some awesome people. I am living in Kent, WA with my lovely foster family and waiting to find my forever family to share all the love I have to offer. My foster mom says I open up very quickly, I am not scared of strangers. Rather, I snuggle and ask for pets and treats. When I eat from your fingers I am extremely gentle. Meeting new dogs, I gently say hi and then go off to mind my own business. Even meeting little dogs is no problem. When I was briefly introduced to a cat, I was not interested in it at all. I could probably live with a cat with proper introductions. Even when I saw a cat on my walk, there was no inclination to chase it, so my prey drive is probably pretty low. My energy level is moderate, I love to go for walks and am a confident boy. I actively explore new places and walk tall and proud. Urban noises and passing cars do not scare me. I have not shown any aggression. While my appetite is high, there has been no resource guarding towards humans. No signs of separation anxiety, I don't get car sick, and I am crate and house trained. I can possibly bark if someone comes to my home. I am fully vaccinated, neutered, house trained and great on leash.
