My Story

Damon is a tri-colored boy who was picked up as a stray by Bartow County animal control. He has completed treatment for heartworms and is now ready for adoption. Damon, called "Slinky" by his foster family, is an enthusiastic and active mini basset. Although we hope to fatten him up a bit, he weighs in at only 33 pounds and will always be tiny for a male basset. Slinky is housebroken, about 2 years old, good with kids and cats and loves to ride in the car. He enjoys snuggling in your lap and playing with his foster brother basset. Let us know when you want to meet him, and we'll be there! For more photos and for information on adopting this dog, please visit http://www.bhrg.org.
