Dallas

Dallas and his litter mates were living on the side of a street as his stray mom had given birth in the neighborhood. Someone was concerned about their safety and called to see if a vet would take them. They then contacted S.A.F.E. Animal Haven and are now in a foster home safe and thriving! The pups are now 8 weeks old. Dallas is very sweet. At first he was afraid of people but now he rolls over on his back when you approach him. He loves to be held and give kisses. He loves playing with his other foster canine buddies and wants to play all day. He would love a forever home where he can grow, be safe and be loved. His Mom was about 35 lbs and we think his dad was about 45 lbs so he should be a medium size dog. Dallas is 4 months old now as of 5/23/10. Dallas still can be very submissive but loves to be held by anyone. He loves to play in the back yard and run through the house. He will lay by your feet while you are sitting if you cannot put him on your lap. He would really perfer your lap. He is a quiet dog as well. He is crate trained. WE FINALIZE EVERY ADOPTION WITH A HOME VISIT THEREFORE POTENTIAL HOMES MUST BE WITHIN A HOURS DRIVE TIME OF CHARLOTTE NC. A FOSTER PET WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TO SOMEONE LIVING OUTSIDE THE ADOPTION AREA NOR WILL ANYONE BE ALLOWED TO COME PICK A PET UP FROM US. YOU MUST BE 21 TO ADOPT FROM OUR GROUP.
