Dakota is a very affectionate loving dog who likes being with people, and is also good with children. He loves to be groomed and petted. He enjoys chasing a tennis ball, and is learning how to fetch. He loves to go on walks, loves to run, and play with other dogs. He is well socialized with other dogs and would do well with either smaller or larger breeds. Dakota loves to chase things, so if you have livestock or cats he will need to be trained not to chase them. He is intelligent and learns quickly. He would thrive in a home that can provide him with an opportunity to get plenty of exercise. A fenced yard is also recommended as Dakota loves to run and would wander if given the opportunity. Dakota is very athletic and would be great at agility or other sports. Dakota will sit on command, and is continuing to learn other basic obedience skills.
