Daisy Mae

My name is Daisy Mae and I am just as sweet as I look. I am the mother of the 10 puppies recently listed on our website (lab/newfy mix). All by babies are gone now so it is my turn to get my forever home. I have had a rough start to life so I would really love to get my own family now. I was very under fed and my tail has a crimp in it where it was broke and never fixed. I can still however wag it like crazy when you give me some lovin'. I have also had to have 2 eye surgeries. My eyelashes were inverted and causing me a lot of pain. I had lived like that for 3 years constantly blinking just so I could see. But then SOS came along and not only saved me and my babies from certain death, but also gave me a new lease on life with eye surgery. I feel great and can see where I am going now. Hopefully that will be my last surgery. If not, I am still ready to come home with you and SOS will continue to take care of what is needed. I am really ready to book on out of here. Don't get me wrong these people are great but I have been in the system a while waiting to be fixed and I am finally ready to go. I am crate trained, housebroken, know my name and listen well. I get along great with kids and dogs. I could really care less about cats but if it runs I just might decide to give chase. I love to run and play but I am also a little more laid back than your average lab. I would make a great first family pet. Maybe you ought to give me a try… please.
