My name is Dahlia and I am a 2 year old Very Petite Pocket Pittie. No ex-boyfriend, non-smoking, non-drinking girlie girl who is looking for the love of a good family.
I am house trained, crate trained, spayed and have my micro chip and all of my shots.
I had a sad past with a former owner that left me with some scars and broken ribs. I am completely healed now and ready to start my new life with someone who will treat me like the little treasure that I am. Candle lit dinners, slow walks on the beach, or just hanging out at home watching TV are my favorite pastimes. I do appreciate a hunky boy dog as a friend during the day while you are at work, but I will drop him like a bad habit when you come home…especially if you let me sit in your lap on the couch!
My wonderful foster family has helped me to deal with my traumatic past, and has taught me the skills I need to live in the house after my early life on a chain in the woods. They take me to places where there are nice people and dogs and I do enjoy the outings. The downside is they have made me wear pink ballerina outfits which they think are terribly cute, but I think they make my butt look fat!
I like nice children and nice dogs, but would prefer to be the only girl dog in the house, as I am not into all of the drama and gossip that goes on with other girl dogs. Besides I am so small and pretty they get jealous and catty!
