Dagwood-- Nice!

He is a beautiful dog! And he's smiling for the camera! Dagwood is a purebred Labrador Retriever, about a year old (born about 1/2008). He was an owner surrender because they just didn't have time for him. He came from a shelter in Iowa. He weighs about 60# and will put on a few more before he's full grown.

Dagwood is a typical lab--energetic, happy, smart, loyal and friendly. He gets along with other dogs, cats, and children. He likes to go for walks. He knows how to SIT and SHAKE. He is very smart and well-behaved.

He is crate trained and house trained. Who wants to be the lucky family to include Dagwood in it?

This dog's adoption fee is $265 (plus tax). This includes being spayed/neutered, current on Rabies (if over 4 months old), Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations, wormed, microchipped with the HomeAgain microchip, heartworm tested (if over 7 months old) and medicated during the heartworm season (May-Dec) while in our care, comes with a Gentle Leader headcollar (if the fee ends in a 5), and is currently learning Basic Obedience commands and good doggie manners.
