Czar Turner

Meet super handsome Czar! He is just under 2 years old and weighs about 12 pounds. When Czar first came to Tzu Zoo, he was very shy and would walk away if you tried to pick him up or pet him. He was not affectionate at all and acted aloof. Well that has all changed! Czar is still cautious with new people but he loves his foster family. He insists on sleeping with them most of the time. And, now he approaches his humans wanting to be petted. He still is a little insecure so he would love a home where his family is home most of the time. Czar gets along great with other dogs and knows how to use the doggie door. He may mark in his new home at first but a belly band will help with that. He loves his toys and chasing squirrels. We also utilize personal reference and vet checks (to ensure that any pets already in the potential adoptive home are current on vaccines, heart worm prevention and sterilized) in our adoption process, all of which is intended to ensure that the best match, between pet and people, is made. The adoption fee is based on on the dog's age.
