Cutter is a male Shepherd mix who is estimated at 9mths-1 year of age. Cutter came to the shelter from the Isaac Park Road area of Louisa. He is wearing a collar and is in excellent condition, leading us to believe he belongs to someone in this area. Cutter is very well-behaved and is great will all of the other dogs at the shelter. Cutter has the thick medium length coat of a German Shepherd and is shiny black in color with tan points. He is a gorgeous dog, inside and out. It is estimated that Cutter weighs 45-50 lbs.
