Life did not start off well for Cribbs. He came to rescue with a severely fractured Left front leg leg that was never going to heal and causing constant pain. A decision was made to amputate the leg to allow him to grow without pain. After the surgery, he was then taken to his fosters' home. Now spends his days playing hard with other dogs and getting lots of cuddles from cats and children. He is still working on the crate training, and learning not to use the potty in it. At first very timid and unsociable, he has been getting better when it comes to trusting humans and getting in and out of crate. He used to be terrified of being leashed in the kennel but has much improved. He is ready for a forever home that will continue to take the time to work with him and keep this little handsome tripod active and happy!!
