Cowboy

This boy is PERFECT! Not only is is beautiful, but he truly has the best personality. Cowboy is about 7 years old and weighs about 60 lbs. He has had a tough start in life as he was part of a cruelty case and was not in the best shape when he first came to an Arkansas shelter, including being HW+. He's had to undergo entropian surgery on both of his yes and has also battled a pretty bad ulcer in his left eye that has left some scarring. If you've ever met Cowboy, you'd never know that he's been through so much in his life. This boy is as happy as can be and full of life. Cowboy has many great traits, making him the perfect boy for a very lucky family. This guy loves and when I say loves, he LOVES EVERYONE. He gets along with other dogs and does well with kiddos, too, as young as 6 months old. He has been on many "Doggie Day Outings" and each time he comes back everyone has fallen in love with him. He gets nothing but compliment after compliment. Here are some things we've learned about Cowboy: He loves to go on walks, especially to the park or around a neighborhood. He walks well on leash and responds to his name. He is super sweet and friendly, not reactive to other dogs at all. He is calm and does well on car rides. He's favorite thing to do is go get a pup cup at his favorite coffee shop. He does great with public outings. Cowboy is the perfect gentleman and deserves a loving forever family. Please consider him as part of your "pack".
