Cowboy is a “diamond in the rough”, looking for someone to give him a chance to show them what a little time, love, and training can do. He will be someone’s best friend if given the chance. He gets a little excited when he gets to meet someone, and jumps, and pulls when he gets the chance to go for a walk. Honestly, who wouldn’t get excited when they’ve been cooped up waiting for a home? He also will need to be the only dog, as he doesn’t get along with all dogs.
