Courtesy Post - Roman

Say hello to Roman! Roman is a courtesy post looking for his forever home. His former owner, who loved him very much, passed away. He was then kept in a garage for weeks, alone & confused .... with a bag of food. This caused him to develop some separation anxiety. Then, to make matters worse, Roman was taken in for a couple months by a temporary foster/neighbor who physically abused him! Luckily, a kind gentleman agreed to take Roman as an emergency foster. This foster, though, has some health issues and it's difficult for him to take Roman for walks, and he doesn't have a fenced yard. From his foster, "He really is a 'good boy'!" This big boy needs a real home! He is used to a fenced yard when he was in his original loving home. He needs to be able to exercise and have some freedoms. He needs an adopter who is retired, or perhaps works from home, who will help him overcome his abandonment issues/fears. ?He's handsome, he's smart, he's healthy, he loves walks, he is affectionate, and a young 4 years old. **?
