Cosner is a 3-4 year old Lhasa-Havanese with non-shedding fur. He was found wandering the streets looking for his owner. After a month of posters, fliers and newspaper ads, his owner never claimed him and now he is in need of a new home.
Cosner gets along great with other dogs. He's a non-barker unless there is a reason to alert. He loves people. He is tentative at first with strangers and doesn't like to be cornered. He was fostered with a 9 year old boy and Cosner initially didn't care for his rowdiness. Eventually he learned to love the little boy and appreciate his antics as long as they didn't involve him!
Cosner was obviously someone's outdoor dog. He was not use to coming inside and preferred to be out in the yard. But once he was welcomed in and knew he could stay, he wasn't leaving! Poor sweet boy, just didn't know it was ok to come inside out of the cold.
