CopperKettleIowa (Copper) will be two in September and is looking for a family that will enjoy her fun personality. She is still learning about living in a house, but she has already mastered the stairs, letting humans know when she needs to go out, and playing with toys. She kennels well and is very treat motivated! Although she is small, she has no trouble finding treasures on the counter to steal so keeping food out of her reach is key. New things are really interesting to her - especially her reflection which she sometimes likes to talk to! Copper loves to play with other dogs, but she has no problems backing off if the other dog needs space. She is the sweetest girl and can't wait to find her family! Copper currently lives with adult humans and other greyhounds and does well. She would do best in a home without cats. This dog is being fostered in the Des Moines Area. We do not ship dogs. Adopters must be committed to meeting the dog in the area it is being fostered. This fee pays for medical costs including spay/neuter surgery, shots, parasite treatments, teeth cleaning, microchip and microchip registration fee. Each dog also comes with a special sighthound collar and leash set and muzzle. There is a $30 non-refundable application fee.
