Cooper is such a happy boy! He was transferred to us from Richland Area Rescue, because he unfortunately wasn't getting any interest from adopters. Cooper is sure to make you smile with his infectious joy and silly antics. He wants to be friends with everyone! Cooper is still a puppy, and is looking for a patient home to continue his basic training and socialization so he can become the best dog.
