Cooper is a very sweet boy. He has been waiting almost two years in foster care. His foster mom doesn't care but she knows he deserves a home where he gets more attention. He got adopted once and they decided they did not have enough time for him so they turned him into the shelter. Luckily, he was chipped to us. We still don't understand why they did not just call us to come get him. He really is not a hard dog to love. If you would like to give him a forever home then please request an application.
