This cutie pie was abandoned purposefully. We are glad we could help but sad there was no explanation and this precious boy had to suffer at the hands of his owner. He was so scared and shaking like a leaf when we found him. He is calming and beginning to trust us. He deserves so much more. Cooper or "Coop" as we lovingly call him is just a young juvenile pup.
