Cooper is a owner surrender who seems to steal the hearts of everyone he meets. Cooper has told us he appreciates a strong, calm and confident human sidekick to enjoy his adventures with, and one who will help him make the right choices when it comes to discerning those he meets. He has proven to be quite the gentleman when paired with a person whom he trusts. As a teenage pup he asks for training and patience as he continues to learn his manners that he’s been mastering well so far. He would prefer to be in a home where he’s the the only dog you love. He prefers not to be approached by large dogs during his outings but will happily allow small quiet dogs to walk by him. Favorite activities are playing fetch, walks in the park where he tries to make friends with the squirrels, and exploring the countryside with his human companion.
