Meet Cooper! He is a 9 year old Miniature Pinscher. This little guys story is kind of sad. He first found himself in a shelter in VA a few years ago because his owner couldn't take care of him. Pawsitively Pugs Rescue took him in and found him a new home. Sadly the new owner had him for three years and then had a stroke and got cancer so her family members took him to a kill shelter. Thankfully the shelter scanned his chip and reached out to the rescue so PPR could go get him back. Cooper is a great dog! He came into his foster home and has just gone with the flow with all the other dogs. Cooper likes interaction with his human and would make a wonderful companion dog.
