**Courtesy Posting** Cooper is a young male hound mix originally rescued by a good Samaritan who found him in NYC. He'd been hit by a car and his broken back right leg was still healing. When he was well enough to travel, she flew him to CA hoping that a couple of friends there could adopt him. Cooper is a doll: he's smart, athletic, snuggly, good with other dogs, fine with people once he decides they're safe. After 3 months in his adoptive home, however, it is apparent that Cooper cannot make peace with the house cats. His other issue is separation anxiety (common in dogs and rescue dogs especially.) Cooper is neutered, vaccinated, heart-worm tested and weighs in at only 37 pounds. Cooper is in the Bay Area. If you would like to meet him, please email Marilyn at [email protected].
