Cooper was saved from the cold and starvation by Rittman Animal Control on December 29th 10 pounds under weight, flea infested, missing hair and very cold. Cooper is still recovering from his outdoor adventures but is loving a warm bed and plenty of food. He pretty much just sleeps and eats right now, but wants to be with you so you can give him lots of love. When he does show some energy outside his little tail just wags like a windmill and smiles when he sees we can go back in where it is warm. He gets along with dogs, cats and has great house manners.
