Cooper has returned through no fault of his own. His mom and dad developed medical problems which keep them from being able to care for an over active young man. Cooper is a sweetie that gets along well with kids, other dogs and although he won't hurt a cat, he does enjoy chasing them. At 15 months old, that can be fixed.
