COOKIE

Cookie's a real sweetie, and in need of a home. She came in as a stray wandering the streets with no where to go. How she became separated from her people is anyone's guess. And so is her breed, just a guess, that is. We look and look and try to figure out what's in there, and the only thing we've come up with is maybe Rhodesian Ridgeback Mix. (But there's no ridge.) She's smart as a whip, and knows how to open gates (which is solved with a clip). She's anxious to please and loves people. Cookie's up to date on her vaccinations, and has been to the vet. Her Heartworm and Lyme disease tests were negative, as were her fecal/giardia tests. They found a spay scar, so someone cared enough to have her spayed. She weighed in at 67 lbs, and the vet thought she was a bit overweight. Since Cookie's been at the facility quite some time, she's been moved into a foster home, and the foster mom tells us Cookie is housebroken. Much as she'd like to, the foster mom can't keep her so Cookie needs a home of her own desperately. >>>>>Cookie is available for adoption through the township's Alex Caprio Animal Control Facility, 311 Watchung Avenue, West Orange.
