Cookie is a wonderful Canis Panther breed dog that is good with other dogs and cats. She is such a sweetie!! She was at ACCT in Philly since last november! STAR rescued her a few months ago after meeting her at an adoption event and just falling in love and realizing her need to get out of the shelter!
