COLT-ADOPTED

Colt is a 4-5 month old pup. He has been described as awsome by everyone who has met him. He was rescued from a Texas high kill shelter and appears to be a purebred blue merle Aussie. I'm sure he would qualify for the limited AKC register number that is issued by the AKC to spayed/neutered dogs that appear to be purebred. This would allow colt to participate in AKC obedience, agility, etc trials. He has a sweet loving personality and you can see the intelligence in his eyes. Australian Shepherds are not good couch potatos. They need physical activity and something to stimulate their minds. Frisbee is another doggie sport that they love. His perfect match would be someone who is active and wants to share a good deal of time with their dog. Another playful dog in the home would be a plus. He has already been neutered, microchipped, wormed, on heartworm preventative, and shots are up to date. Colt's adoption fee is $400 is used for medical expenses and the $150 transport fee that got him to CT. You will meet Colt when we do the home visit.
