Mr. Colonel was rescued from a local animal shelter. He was a neglect case for malnutrition. That will not be the case anymore. He has gained weight and is becoming more and more social. He is a sweet dog. He gets along with other dogs and seems to ignore cats. He does not like to ride in cars as he is not used to it. He is learning to play with other dogs. He has just discovered that he likes treats.
