Collins finds the shelter a scary place but no doubt will do great in a home where he can relax. He enjoyed being with our photo team and got all waggy and wiggly outside. Our photographer noticed Collins seems to know sit and lay down and said "Such a happy goofy guy. Didn't love the camera but was happy to take treats in exchange for photos. Cutest ears and tongue, with a little head tilt. Just a sweet goofy puppy." Who doesn't need a little goofiness?
