Meet Collie! Collie is a beautiful 35-pound herding mix, mostly black with tan socks and markings on his wonderfully expressive face and the veterinarian thinks Collie is 5-6 years young. Collie fell on hard times when his owner recently passed away but luckily Collie has made his way into HUNAH. He is very chill for a herding dog and rarely barks, happy both laying by your feet and playing. He likes people and gets along well with other dogs, started playing with his foster siblings within a couple of days. He walks well on a leash after a few excited moments and quickly learned how to use the dog door. He’s taken easily to his crate and to his foster family routines and is house trained. He’s very food-motivated and would walk over burning coals for a cookie! And he loves eating ice cubes! We’re not sure about young children, but he’s taken everything presented to him so far calmly in stride – vet visit, car rides, outdoor brew pubs, new people, new dogs. Collie has a beautifully soft coat and will be the envy of all he meets. He is extremely affectionate and is a regular cuddle muffin. Gorgeous, smart, loving, and well-mannered, Collie is the complete package! Collie is being fostered in Sunriver, Oregon. He is neutered, microchipped, UTD on vaccines and ready to go to his forever home.
