This very cute little guy is Cody! He’s about ready to lose his last puppy tooth and is no more than 6 months old. Currently he weighs 35 pounds, so we think he’ll be on the smaller side when he’s all grown up. Cody is golden yellow with a dash of white highlights on his toes and chest; a little white star rests on his forehead.
Thought you’d like to hear the first report from his foster mom: “What a cute boy he is and very playful. He and his foster sister are getting along great; they are chasing each other around the yard and sharing chew toys. We also went on a walk and he trotted along right beside Bailey, my Lab, all the way. He potties outside and goes to the door when he wants out. He takes treats very nicely. More later as we get to know him better!”
Our volunteer who helped transport Cody was equally smitten: “He is a very, very sweet dog. He made the cutest little noise when I pulled him out of his crate. It was sort of like a purring. I wish I could take him, but I know he will find an excellent home.”
The folks at the shelter remarked on how sweet, clever and lovable he is. No doubt about it, Cody is definitely a straight A student as far as personality goes!
