Cody is an 8 month-old Karelian Bear Dog. He was rescued from Jefferson County Animal Control on 12/5/09. He is up to date on his vaccinations, microchipped and neutered.
He loves dogs, cats, kids and people. He is an active dog and will need to be played with and walked twice daily in order to be happy.
Cody is nearly housebroken - he will let someone know when he has to go, but if you don't get him out promptly, he'll have an accident.
He is recommended for a home without small children simply because he very easily knocks small children over. My 4 year-old has been bumped by Cody (accidentally) several times - Cody just does not understand just yet his size and to be calm around small children.
His adoption fee is $200.
