Coco

Coco was an owner surrender from an elderly gentleman who lost his wife several years ago. Coco was his wife's baby and he said for the last 3 years she has eased the pain of losing his wife. Unfortunately a recent stroke has left him unable to care for her. Fluffy Coco is 7 years old and they have had her since she was a 12 week old puppy. Coco probably did not have much leash-walking, but she seems to be getting the hang of it. She barks when she is scared and you gotta hand it to her for adjusting so well so fast in the hands of strangers surrounded by other dogs. Coco may be skittish at first, but who can blame her?. We don't know yet how she feels about other dogs or cats, but we are giving her time to show us who she is. All in all Coco is a sweet 12 pound bundle of adorable! You can visit the dogs from noon - 3 pm Saturdays and Sundays, otherwise by appointment. You can also submit an application to [email protected].
