Coco is a lovable, frisky puppy. He will make a great companion for someone who will take the time to socialise and train him, perhaps enrol him in some puppy classes.

He is very intelligent and friendly, with tons of personality. He has spent most of his life in the animal control shelter so is not socialised with people as much as he should be and tends to bark at and be a bit fearful of strangers.

Because he is a barker, an apartment may not be the right environment for him, unless someone was home most of the time.

He gets along well with our dogs but seems to be "in their face" trying to get them to play with him. He also gets along with our cat but sometimes tries to get her to play with him which she finds very annoying.

He is full of puppy behaviours. He likes to chew and we have provided him with a lot of chew sticks. He has not shown any tendency to go after our shoes to chew on.

He wants to play a lot and will bark and mouth and nip on your hands to get your attention. This to me is simply puppy behaviour that needs to be corrected with positive training and time.

He is partially housebroken and will sometimes ask to go out but sometimes has accidents in the house. In short, he is a little cutey that you only have to see to love.

Consider taking this little baby home and giving him the proper training to grow into a wonderful long term companion!!

• Exercise Needs - Moderate to Lots - very much a puppy - careful not to overstimulate as that is when he gets overly excited and tends to nip as part of his excitement.

• Housetrained? Mostly, does still have a couple of accidents.
