Meet Coco! Coco is a 3yr old pocket Pitbull mix, weighing in at a petite 35lbs. Coco arrived at our shelter extremely emaciated and with obvious signs of recent litters. Once she received the medical treatment she needed, we started to work on her socialization. While Coco has made great strides in the right direction with our shelter staff, she will need an experienced patient owner to gain her trust. Coco has passed her behavioral assessment and shows no food guarding or toy possession issues. Although she has made a lot of human friends, Coco is still learning manners with other dogs. Coco's ideal home would be an experienced adult home with children over 16yrs of age. She will leave our shelter fully vetted and microchipped.
