Clifford

Dumber than a box of rocks but happier than a smiley face...that's Clifford. He goes through life with his heart in the lead without stopping to think. On some dogs this would be annoying but with Clifford it is hilarious and incredibly sweet. You see his heart always tells him to love people and want to please them. Sometimes he misreads what would please his people, like when he grabbed his foster dad's underwear and ran down the hall to play but it sure made his foster mom laugh! Clifford loves people with all his heart and swears he is a lap dog. He is good with female dogs (tolerates the males but acts a bit like a jealous boyfriend if he has to live with them) and cannot be placed with cats. He is good with kids and very friendly. Though he isn't the brighest bulb, he quickly picked up the housetraining and is now accident free, crates well for the workday, and is not a barker. Clifford is a goofy, happy dog waiting to spread the love and cheer to a new home. He needs some training but he wants to learn...he isn't a genius by any stretch of the imagination but he'll sure learn things if it would make his people happy! For obvious reasons, all animals adopted from Homeward Bound MUST live indoors only. This dog has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and tested for heartworm and lyme disease. I
