Clifford is a purebred Bernese Mt Dog, about one year old. Still lots of goofy puppy in this boy!! He was found as a stray and had been in a county shelter for 4 weeks, no one claimed him. ~~ He is athletic, very friendly, outgoing, confident, energetic and playful. Craves human companionship and attention. Is not a couch potato! Clifford is basically a fun loving and very silly big puppy. ~~~ Will of course need ongoing obedience training (positive reinforcement based) in order to have "good manners" ..... just like any adolescent!! ~~~ Clifford gets along great with other dogs. Will be just a delightful companion for some lucky (and active) person! ~~ Too high energy to go into a home with small children, please. ~~ Has the classic Bernese Mt Dog markings. Pics available soon. ~~ NOTE: We always require a securely fenced yard for all dog adoptions and certainly never those shock collar based "invisible fencing systems."
