Clare-adopted!

Claire is an outgoing girl that is very adventurous. Claire is gentle with a curious expression on her face when she experiences something new....also she tilts her head from side to side when she tries to identify something new. Claire plays very well with other dogs and holds her own against her bigger brother. Note: These pups were exposed at a very young age to adenovirus. They are happy and healthy but do have a remote chance of still shedding the virus in their urine. We are cautious and ask that they not be exposed to other dogs that do not have their normal vaccinations, at least for the next little while. There is no risk to humans or vaccinated dogs. Our veterinarian would be happy to consult with you about any questions or concerns regarding these little darlings.

Definitions:

Pending - means that we are working through the adoption process with the 1st applicant. We usually don't add the pending until we are pretty sure the adoption will go through (like at the home visit stage)

On Trial or Trial Visit - means that the dog is in their new home for up to 2 weeks before the adopters need to commit to keeping the dog. We want to make sure that everyone is happy with the new living arrangements! We allow this option for everyone except very long distance adoptions (too far to drive).

Adopted - you know!! A happy ending for a homeless dog. We try to let everyone know when we have the final word. Within about 24 hours, the dog's bio will be moved to our happy tails section!
