Talk about a cutie!! Cinney is a mix of something that we're not quite sure of. She looks a lot like an over-grown Chihuahua ;) Whatever she is she is absolutely adorable and the sweetest little thing on earth. She has one blue eye and one brown eye and those expressive happy ears just add to her charm.
Cinney appears to be deaf. We are not sure of this as she is in a shelter environment and needs medical care to be sure. She is very smart and we feel that she would learn commands and sign language quickly. She is approximately 35lbs full grown.
