These animals are not located in any of the Society's physical locations. As this is a Home-to-Home animal you are not required to fill out an Anti-Cruelty Society adoption application form.*** She was abandoned at the Pawseo Dog Park in Pilsen and rescued by another dog owner in the neighborhood. The former owner had told him the dog's name was Cinnamon and couldn't take care of her. A group of dog owners here in Pilsen are currently fostering her with the hopes of keeping her out of a shelter before finding a new home. She seems completely unfamiliar with house training but is doing better every day. No destructive chewing or resource guarding, she's been a very easy dog to take on. A little shy but gaining confidence; she doesn't exhibit any reactivity or anxiety with new situations. She took to romping around with my dog right away, and it didn't take much longer to start coming to me for pets and snuggles. Please reach out to [email protected] for more information.
