A 2-3 year old female Norwich Terrier mix, Cindy was found as a stray in Waterloo. She arrived filthy and covered head to toe in burdox! Cindy has gone unclaimed and after some cleaning up, she is a happier girl. She is very much a sweet little lap dog! If not already, Cindy will be spayed prior to adoption.
