Unfortunately, lately we've seen less of a sparkle in Cinci's eyes. He seems to be less interested in meeting new dogs or even going outside. He still loves his treats and you can tell he is still very lively at heart. I would imagine being kenneled as long as he has been could dampen anyone's spirits...
