Our new and gorgeous blue Chyna came from a breeder in western Kansas. Since she was the runt of the litter, he had a hard time selling her and did the right thing by asking for help in her placement. If he hadn't, she would have become another sad statistic in a local shelter, guaranteeing a death sentence in a breed specific community.
Despite what some people may believe, the color blue is not a novelty or 'rare'- they are sadly becoming commonplace. Many of these blues have skin issues during their lives. Anecdotal evidence or otherwise, we are seeing these skin conditions frequently, and owners need to be prepared for an expensive high quality dog food, potential extra trips to the vet, special shampoos, etc. Chyna is very healthy and around 12 weeks old as of March 15, 2010. She is delicate, dainty, petite, and absolutely beautiful- only 13 pounds. She is currently in a foster home with large dogs and another puppy. She also has play dates with a friend's dogs and is being well socialized.
Puppies require a huge amount of work. We are looking for a family where someone will be home a good portion of the day. Obedience training as she gets older is a condition of her adoption. Her adoption fee is $250.00.
