Our names are Chubby and Lucky. We are 10 year old Beagle/Black Lab mixes looking for someone to love us both. We were rescued by Happily Ever After from the shelter that we were surrendered to because they were going to have to euthanize us. There wasn't enough space and they knew we wouldn't be easily adopted because of our age, our need to be together and here comes the sad part...we were chained to a house for the last 10 years. With that being said, we have not been in a house so we would need to be potty trained or we might just make good outside dogs with a dog house, shed, or barn for warmth and comfort (we like comfortable beds and things). If you would want to keep us outside, we would still need lots of attention...we thrive on attention. We are the cutest pair you could find anywhere. So give us a chance to love you and you won't be disappointed!

Update: We have been at Happily Ever After for two years as of March 31, 2008. We are great dogs and would love to have a family of our own, however, if you cannot take us into your home, would be consider sponsoring us?
