Chopper

Chopper and his sister where giving to us by a local rescue because they did not have room to accomodate them. His sister already has an adoption pending and we hope Chopper will soon have the same good luck finding a home. He has the coloring of a light golden retriever, but the coat and obvious "good looks" of his bloodhound dad. He is a growing boy 4-5 months old and already has paws as big as his foster moms hands so we KNOW he will be a big boy when full grown. He is very sweet and quite playful...he gets along well with people and the other dogs but we are unsure of his disposition with kitties. He likes to run and play with balls and chew toys so we would recommend an active family...due to his size we would also strongly recommend obedience training. As with all large puppies, we prefer to place them into homes with children over 5 years old. He is housebroken, crate trained, neutered and has been examined and vaccinated appropriate for his age...the only thing this little hounddog now lacks is his fur-ever home, maybe yours?
