Chloe

Hi! I am Chloe. I weigh about 45 pounds. I’m six months old and a mixture of a lot of things, maybe some rottweiler, maybe some lab, maybe some beagle…..we’re just not sure. I ended up at Harris County Animal Shelter with a broken femur. I was rescued by Lucky Tails and sent to the surgeon who repaired my leg. I am totally healed from that fracture. It still bothers me at times, but it doesn’t slow me down! I like to run and wrestle with my foster brother Rusty. My foster mom has three other dogs in her home, and I get along with all of them. She also has a cat. We’re not the best of friends. I’m too excited and rough for the cat. My foster mom thinks it is just a puppy stage and I’ll grow out of chasing the cat. The cat is not convinced. I am potty trained, and crate trained, although I do need a larger crate than is necessary for my size. I must be able to get up and stretch my leg. At my foster mom’s house, I sleep in the laundry room with a baby gate. I love a good chew bone, but my favorite thing is mud puddles. This girl loves a good mud bath! I need an active home with another playmate. I haven’t been around kids, but I would probably love kids. I get along with everyone.
