¿Hablas español? Apparently, Chispa does! This little lady was found as a lost dog in Georgetown, where she seemed to respond to commands in Spanish! We've also observed friendly behaviors when she sees other dogs, so she might be dog-friendly too. She's got great ears, pretty white teeth, and a shy but eager demeanor that you'll win over in no time with a little kindness and patience. Come meet Chispa. The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon until 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events).
