Another Stray with the same old story, wondering the streets unable to find his way home. Poor Chips! He can't understand why he's sleeping on a concrete floor rather than in a nice soft dog bed near the people he loves. We've promised him there will be a family to adopt him soon - maybe even this Saturday during our adoption day.
