Chipper is a male Beagle/Border Collie puppy estimated at 8 wks of age (3/18/10). Chipper and his sisters came to the shelter as strays. Of the 3 pups, Chipper has the markings more of the Beagle and he is full of personality. Chipper is playful and loves to be held and snuggled as most pups do. It is believed Chipper will be medium in size. He has been started on vaccinations and dewormings and will be neutered prior to leaving the shelter.
